What happens if my item is defective, or if it has been damaged during delivery?

If your order arrives with part missing, defective, or damaged, our merchants will be able to help sort it out for you. If you contact the merchant directly they will be able to investigate what went wrong and offer a refund or replacement where applicable.

If you are experiencing any of these issues with your order you can contact the merchant directly through your order page. There are steps below on how you can do this.
