What if I need to return something?

Each retailer on Flubit has their own returns policy, and you are advised to review the retailer’s returns policy before making a purchase. You can always check the retailers return policy within your order page on the “return policy” tab.

As a general rule though, the retailers trading on our marketplace follow the guidelines of the Consumer Rights Act (Sept 2015). You can read more about this here.

  • In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you are able to cancel an unwanted order within 14 days as long as it is unused, has no broken seals and is in a resellable condition (return costs covered by customer).  
  • If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, you have 30 days to return your item (return costs covered by retailer).
  • If a fault has developed outside the 30 days return window, but inside the 12 month retail warranty window, please get in touch with retailer and they will be able to assist further.
  • If a fault has developed outside the 12 month retail warranty, it is possible that your return may be rejected. However you should get in touch with the retailer to check.
