We have sought out the best merchants in the country to list their goods on our marketplace so we can bring you the best deals. The orders you place go through to the fulfilling merchant after 15 minutes giving you a chance to change your mind and cancel if you wish. Once that order goes through you will get an email confirmation.
If you have any questions about your order the best first thing to do is to get in touch with the merchant directly. You can do this through the blue 'support ticket' button in the order. Like so;
We expect them to get back to you within 2 working days. If you do not hear back from them within this time please get in touch with us at Flubit. You can either reach us by phone on 020 3137 7341 or submit a ticket to us here (preferable if you have pics etc you want to share with us).
If you contact Flubit about an order we will investigate. We give the merchant 2 working days to respond/resolve our escalation. We will stay in touch with you throughout the process.
Our merchants have to provide a defined level of service, essentially ensuring they are reliable and responsive. We have a merchant management team who vet potential new merchants and review the performance of existing merchants. Action is taken against merchants who besmirch our good name.
